Before anything: where your money goes

1 · Our fee

The package price. It pays for strategy, campaign management, ad creatives, our SoundCloud network, pitching, and your reports. The only money we keep.

2 · Your ad budget

Runs on your own ad account, billed to your card by Meta/Google/TikTok. We never touch it or mark it up. You watch every euro live. €10/day minimum while ads run: all month, or concentrated on your drop. The audiences it builds stay yours forever.

3 · Pass-through supply

Where a package includes creators or Beatport purchases, we pay them from the fee, and the receipts (who was booked, what posted, what was bought) are in your campaign file.

What happens, in order

WE = Ōtocracy does this · YOU = the only things we need from you. (day X) is counted from the moment you complete the short intake form, not from purchase.

  1. WEStart of month: we check your release calendar and plan around it.
  2. WERelease month: the full flight cycle, creatives built, ads live around your drop at €10/day minimum on the €150–300 you fund, both optimization checkpoints, closed and logged.
  3. WERelease month: 1 creator seed booked and verified.
  4. WENo release this month? Zero ad spend. Your money doesn't burn on nothing, we run your SoundCloud push, keep your retargeting audiences warm, and send one content suggestion instead.
  5. WEA named contact checks in every two weeks, and answers anything you send within 24 hours.
  6. WEOne fresh ad creative added to your library every month.
  7. WEMonth-end report + debrief; your dashboard's calendar shows planned vs live ad days all month, dark days are scheduled, not missing.
  8. WEYour member price on everything you book on top, exactly as a Member gets it.
The cadence rule, stated up front: releasing monthly or faster → this tier. Slower → per-release campaigns are the better deal, and we'll tell you so before you subscribe.
The rules on every package: Real listeners, never bots, distributor-safe by design · no stream or view forecasts, ever (results are read from your own accounts) · every SoundCloud and creator figure is a checkable fact: combined channel followers, videos delivered, never a performance prediction · creators are disclosed, audience region stated before you pay · a creator who doesn't post is replaced or refunded · and if any campaign we ran is ever flagged by your distributor, we hand you the evidence pack and fight the appeal with you. That's what running everything on your own accounts makes possible.
