Before anything: where your money goes

1 · Our fee

The package price. It pays for strategy, campaign management, ad creatives, our SoundCloud network, pitching, and your reports. The only money we keep.

2 · Your ad budget

Runs on your own ad account, billed to your card by Meta/Google/TikTok. We never touch it or mark it up. You watch every euro live. €10/day minimum while ads run: all month, or concentrated on your drop. The audiences it builds stay yours forever.

3 · Pass-through supply

Where a package includes creators or Beatport purchases, we pay them from the fee, and the receipts (who was booked, what posted, what was bought) are in your campaign file.

What happens, in order

WE = Ōtocracy does this · YOU = the only things we need from you. (day X) is counted from the moment you complete the short intake form, not from purchase.

  3. WEA named account manager and a monthly 30-minute call: last month's numbers, this month's release, one strategic push.

  5. WEFront of every queue, creators, reposts, creatives.
Why the ad budget is required: always-on below €10/day is money burned in slow motion, and we won't run it. €300–600/mo is the honest floor for a tier that promises constant presence.
The rules on every package: Real listeners, never bots, distributor-safe by design · no stream or view forecasts, ever (results are read from your own accounts) · every SoundCloud and creator figure is a checkable fact: combined channel followers, videos delivered, never a performance prediction · creators are disclosed, audience region stated before you pay · a creator who doesn't post is replaced or refunded · and if any campaign we ran is ever flagged by your distributor, we hand you the evidence pack and fight the appeal with you. That's what running everything on your own accounts makes possible.
